Statement about your relation with Yamaha or your instrument:
My first Drum Set was a Yamaha, later on in the conservatory it was a Yamaha Marimba I began to learn on. For me it always felt so natural to practice and perform on these instruments.
How does your instrument help you in your daily life as an artist?
For my spirit, for my energy.
How would you characterise your instrument?
Just like my baby.
Who was your most influential teacher and is there any advice which you still follow?
Keiko Abe / It's very important to practice slowly, don't rush to fast.
Advice for a young musician:
Hear with your ear what you want to play.
