  • Einstellung des Supports: Alexa Skills und Google Actions für MusicCast-Produkte

    Update – Januar 2026: Wie bereits im August 2025 angekündigt, wird der Support für Amazon Alexa Skills und Google Home Actions bei MusicCast-Produkten schrittweise eingestellt. Auch wenn einzelne Funktionen jederzeit ausfallen könnten, beginnt die offizielle Einstellung im März 2026 und wird bis Juni 2026 abgeschlossen sein. Nach diesem Zeitpunkt werden Alexa Skills und Google Actions nicht mehr funktionieren.

    Seit der Einführung dieser Funktionen durch Yamaha im Jahr 2017 haben zunehmend strengere Compliance-Anforderungen die Aufrechterhaltung des Supports im Verhältnis zur tatsächlichen Nutzung durch die Kunden erschwert. Daher haben wir uns schweren Herzens dazu entschlossen, den Support einzustellen und unsere Ressourcen auf andere Bereiche zu verlagern. Wir bitten für die dadurch entstehenden Unannehmlichkeiten um Entschuldigung und hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis.
